We will deliver goods ordered by you using Royal Mail post. You may choose from 1st, 2nd or Signed for delivery on Checkout. If your order is placed by 3pm we will do our best to send the goods out that day. During busy periods dispatch may be a little longer. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the Royal Mail to deliver on time, or for Royal Mail rules regarding delivery. Any special delivery instructions (e.g 'Leave in porch') should be clearly written in the Customer Comments section on checkout, we will give these instructions to Royal Mail but cannot guarantee their use.
All UK orders which are over £25 qualify for free delivery. Free delivery orders will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service. Unfortunately due to the costs involved we cannot offer free delivery to countries outside of the UK or EU zones.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged/defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you should notify us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org of the problem within 5 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. We will be pleased to help resolve any issues.
If you are in the UK and do not receive goods ordered by you within 5 days of the date on which you ordered them, you should let us know us via e-mail at email@example.com immediately. We will endeavour to trace your parcel for you. While we are not responsible for goods 'lost' in the post, we will always try to resolve any issues.
Ownership of any products ordered from us does not pass to you, until we have received and processed a valid payment, and that payment has been made into our own bank account and your order has been shipped.
